Today, St. Timothy's Council has over 130 men on its roster. These men are very active in many of the ministries at St. Timothy's and in the community. They are Ushers, Lectors, and Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist. They sing in the Choir, teach CCD and are involved in Youth Activities. The Knights of St. Timothy's Council are a very active, service-oriented group of men who reported more than 9,000 hours of volunteer and fraternal service to Supreme for a single year.

In addition to being involved in many of the ministries at St. Timothy's, St. Timothy's Knights were key players in bringing the Holy Family Statue and Plaza to fruition. St. Timothy's Knights funded the move of the Tabernacle from the Blessed Sacrament Chapel to its prominent place next to the Altar. St. Timothy's Knights also purchased and installed a BBQ for use by the St. Timothy's community.

The Knights have one fund raiser a year, a Fall Festival Dinner and Fund Raiser. All money raised from this event is donated to various groups at St. Timothy's and in the local community. In addition they help other ministries, such as the Women of St. Timothy's, St. Timothy's Outreach, and St. Timothy's Youth, donating both time and money to these groups.

St. Timothy's Knights are committed to being Pro-Life. Several Knights and their spouses are on the St. Timothy's Pro-Life Committee. The Council has taken an active part in the National 40 Days of Prayer for Life, the Life Perspectives Life Walk in Escondido and co-sponsers the annual St.Timothy Life Walk. The Knights provide a significant amount of manpower to help make the Life Walks a success. St. Timothy's Knights have also raised and donated a significant amount of money to various Pro-Life organizations in the Community, such as Life Perspectives, Culture of Life Family Services (COLFS), and the Lamb of God Maternity Home.

Finally, as a THANK YOU to the parishioners of St. Timothy's for all of their help and support, the Knights host an annual free pancake breakfast.

For more than 25 years St. Timothy's Knights of Columbus have been an active part of the Church of St. Timothy Community and they are always looking for more ways to be involved.

St. Timothy's Council, Knights of Columbus, is an association or brotherhood of Catholic gentlemen. The Council provides an opportunity for fellowship with men who hold the same beliefs, values and priorities in life. This Council is dedicated to the support of The Parish, The Family, The Catholic Faith, The Escondido Community, and Our Country.
